Pastoral Consultations

Almost all pastoral consultations will be held at the District Office.  Pastors in new appointments will meet along with their SPRC at a designated church since you will have been together for only a few weeks.  All clergy/pastoral leaders will need to complete the Clergy Self-Assessment (and the Deacons Only questions, if applicable).  Please submit the forms at least a week before your consultation.  Submitting it ahead gives the DS time to read it to prepare for the meeting. 

SPRC Consultations

SPRCs will meet with the DS according to the attached schedule at the church indicated in red.  SPRCs and their pastoral leader(s) will complete the Local Church/Cooperative Self-Assessment and the Pastoral Leader Ministry Assessment together.  The forms now include options for cooperative parishes to complete the local church assessment together. The online version of the form is especially good for this.  Please submit the forms at least two weeks before the scheduled consultation to give DS Lewis time to read them and prepare for the meeting.
