Dear Rockport United Methodist Church,
Hello, our names are Therese and Tyler Jensen and we are interested in buying your house on Archwood Drive. Therese is an engineer at STERIS Endoscopy and Tyler is the Graphic Design and Marketing Manager at Firehouse Can Co. Outside of work, we spend our time serving at our church, playing board games, and are big fans of Cleveland sports. We currently live in Willoughby, but have been praying for an opportunity to move to the west side of Cleveland, as our family, church, and community are all on that side of town.
When we found out this house was owned by a church, we truly felt like this could be an answer to prayer. We are Christians and moving to Rocky River has been a prayer of ours since we got married in December 2020. Location wise, it is close to family and our church, Renew Communities, and we have always loved this area. We know this city is a place we can plant roots and build our family in.
Hospitality has been a pillar we believe God wants us to build our family on, it is something very important to us. Our prayer for our home (both now in our apartment and our future house) has been that we create a welcoming space where people can come as they are and know that they are loved by God right where they are. When we walked into this house, we saw all the wonderful living spaces and couldn’t help but think that this house really could be that answer to prayer.
Thank you for your time in reading this letter and for considering our offer. We truly appreciate it.
Warmest Regards,
Therese and Tyler Jensen
God is Good ! All the Time, God is Good! MEDIA CENTER: As we endure the frigid weather of Cleveland in January and February and are feeling cooped up at home, why not stop at church and visit the new Media Center (next to the choir room)! Fix yourself a cup of coffee, read a book and look out at the beautiful metro parks, embark on a puzzle, or simply sit in quiet solitude and rejuvenate yourself! Be sure to check it out the next time your are at church!
